Product Systems

The full Euro-Wall product line. Installed by ACG.

Euro-Wall Systems produces architectural moving-glass wall products ranging from thermally broken multi-slide doors to structural frameless pivot doors. ACG installs the full commercial line, selecting the right system for load requirements, opening dimensions, climate zone, and occupancy type.

01

SGD Multi-Slide Doors

Thermally broken aluminum multi-slide door system. Panels stack at one or both ends. Opening widths up to 40+ feet. Used in hospitality, clubhouse, and amenity spaces where large open spans connect interior to exterior.

02

Vistafold Bi-Fold Doors

Folding glass wall system. Panels fold accordion-style and park flush against the jamb or swing out. Ideal for restaurant indoor-outdoor dining, residential luxury, and retail activation spaces.

03

Frameless All-Glass Systems

Structural frameless glass panels with minimal aluminum. Maximum transparency, no sightline interruption. Used in hospitality lobbies and high-end residential applications where the view is the design intent.

04

Structural Pivot Doors

Large-format single-panel pivot door systems. Offset pivot hardware. Commercial and luxury-residential entrances. Custom panel sizes available through the Euro-Wall design-assist process.

05

Hurricane / HVHZ Configurations

Euro-Wall systems with impact-rated glass, reinforced frame profiles, and Florida Product Approval compliant configurations for Miami-Dade and Broward HVHZ construction. ACG coordinates NOA and product approval documentation.

06

DirectSet Fixed Glazing

Euro-Wall's fixed-lite storefront and curtain-wall-adjacent framing. Pairs with operable Euro-Wall panels for consistent sightline profiles across mixed fixed-and-operable openings in a single elevation.

Code Framing — Florida HVHZ

HVHZ installation: what changes in Miami-Dade and Broward.

Florida's High-Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) — Miami-Dade and Broward Counties — imposes some of the most demanding fenestration requirements in the United States. Every Euro-Wall product installed in the HVHZ must carry a Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA) or a Florida Product Approval (FPA) covering large-missile impact per ASTM E1996 and cyclic pressure testing per ASTM E1886. ACG manages the documentation chain from submittal to inspection.

Impact Glass Specification

Laminated safety glazing per ASTM E1996 large-missile criteria. PVB or SGP interlayer. Tempered outer lite typical. ACG coordinates glass specification with Euro-Wall and the project structural engineer of record.

Frame Reinforcement

HVHZ installations require reinforced Euro-Wall frame profiles — heavier-wall extrusions, closer anchor spacing, and sill track anchored to a structural substrate meeting the NOA installation requirements.

Third-Party Testing

Miami-Dade product approval requires testing by an approved third-party laboratory. ACG works exclusively with Euro-Wall's NOA-carrying product configurations and does not field-engineer deviations that would void the NOA.

Inspection Protocol

HVHZ installations require special inspector observation at frame anchor installation and pre-close rough-in. ACG schedules and coordinates with the permit-issuing authority as part of standard project management.

Code Framing — Tennessee

Tennessee non-HVHZ: thermal performance over impact.

Tennessee operates under IBC 2018 with Tennessee amendments and IECC Climate Zone 4A. Without HVHZ wind-driven-rain requirements, the performance priority shifts to thermal control. ACG's Nashville office (opening Q3 2026) will service Middle Tennessee projects requiring Euro-Wall systems with:

Installation Process

How ACG installs a Euro-Wall system.

Euro-Wall installations require precision rough-opening dimensioning, substrate verification, and hardware calibration. ACG follows a documented eight-step field process for every opening.

01

Submittal Coordination

ACG generates shop drawings from architectural plans, coordinates with the Euro-Wall factory for final system configuration, and routes submittals through the GC's project management platform (Procore or equivalent). Approval cycle typically 10–15 business days.

02

Rough Opening Verification

Field-verify rough opening dimensions and substrate plumb/level/square prior to ordering. Euro-Wall systems have narrow tolerance ranges at sill, head, and jamb. ACG absorbs this coordination rather than passing it upstream.

03

Factory Coordination & Lead Time

Euro-Wall products are manufactured to order. Typical lead time is 12–16 weeks from approved shop drawings. ACG provides a confirmed delivery window to the GC schedule so weathering-in is not held up.

04

Substrate & Sill Prep

Sill track substrate must be structurally sound, level to ±1/8" per 10 feet, and properly flashed before Euro-Wall components arrive. ACG performs or coordinates pre-installation substrate work.

05

Frame & Track Installation

Head and sill tracks installed per NOA or product approval anchor schedule. Jamb conditions sealed and flashed per Euro-Wall installation manual and the project waterproofing specification.

06

Panel Hang & Glazing

Panels hung on track hardware, glazed if not pre-glazed at factory, and hardware adjusted for smooth operation across all opening configurations (fully open, partially open, fully closed and locked).

07

Weather-Strip & Seal

All perimeter seals, interlocking panel gaskets, and sill-to-floor transitions completed per the Euro-Wall installation manual. Water test performed on finished assembly before sealant cure.

08

Commissioning & Owner Training

Hardware settings adjusted for panel travel, locking, and flush-close. Owner and property manager receive operating instructions for panel stacking, lock engagement, and routine maintenance schedule.

Applications

Where Euro-Wall systems perform.

Restaurant & Hospitality

Indoor-Outdoor Dining

Multi-slide and bi-fold systems allow restaurant operators to fully open a wall to an outdoor patio or rooftop. When closed, the system provides full weather protection and acoustic separation. ACG has installed Euro-Wall systems in multiple South Florida dining and hospitality projects.

Luxury Residential

Amenity & Residential Units

High-end multifamily amenity decks and luxury residential units use Euro-Wall multi-slide systems to blur the line between interior and exterior. Pool decks, sky lounges, and penthouse terraces are common applications.

Retail

Storefront Activation

Retail brands use Euro-Wall bi-fold and multi-slide systems to create open-front activations and seasonal indoor-outdoor selling environments. ACG manages the transition from standard storefront framing to Euro-Wall product at adjacent openings.

Clubhouse & Country Club

Member-Facing Spaces

Golf and yacht club clubhouses use Euro-Wall systems in dining rooms, bars, and pro shops to create flexible spaces that open for events and close for intimate member dining. ACG has completed Euro-Wall work at multiple Southeast Florida club facilities.

Why ACG

What authorized-installer status means for your project.

Warranty Continuity

Euro-Wall product warranties require installation by an authorized dealer. ACG holds authorized status — a third-party installer, even a qualified glazing contractor, would void the manufacturer warranty. That warranty gap is a real owner risk on a $50,000–$300,000 Euro-Wall scope.

Single-Point Accountability

ACG carries the Euro-Wall scope inside a broader Division 08 subcontract. When a Euro-Wall panel and an adjacent storefront share a sill transition, there is one responsible party — not a finger-pointing gap between two subs with separate scopes.

Factory Access & Lead-Time Management

Authorized status gives ACG direct factory access for design-assist, lead-time confirmation, and expedited production requests. ACG tracks lead times in real time and flags schedule conflicts before they become GC problems.

HVHZ Documentation Chain

Florida HVHZ projects require a complete documentation chain: NOA on file, product approval cited on the permit, and installation record available for special inspection sign-off. ACG manages this chain from submittal to closeout record.
