Why is the scope review free?
Reading the drawings is how we decide what to bid. On a qualified project we do that work either way. The offer puts it in writing for you first, whether or not ACG bids the job.
What counts as a qualified project?
A commercial project in Florida with a glazing scope of $50K or more: storefront, impact windows and doors, curtain wall, folding or multi-slide doors, restaurant, or multifamily. Smaller projects still get a reply, not the written review.
Do you need a full drawing set?
No. A glazing schedule, elevations, a scope sheet, or the GC bid package is enough to start. If something is missing we tell you what we need.
What do I get back?
A written list of the budget, product, approval, and installation issues we found, by opening or elevation where the drawings allow, and which items need an RFI before bid day. If ACG wants to bid the work, a scope letter follows within 48 hours of usable drawings.
