The glazing sub
Florida GCs call back.
ACG is the commercial glazing subcontractor on 350+ Florida projects — Eau Palm Beach, Panther National, Atlantic Fields, Wild Blue, HCA Cape Coral. One-pass inspections, 48-hour bid turnaround, and a supervisor on every site.
manufacturer lines
The four metrics
that actually
matter on glass.
A glazing sub doesn't get called back because of a logo or a brochure. It happens when four numbers come in clean across the project. We design every job around them.
First-pass inspection clearance
Submittals built to the county reviewer's standard from day one — Miami-Dade NOA, Broward HVHZ, Palm Beach product approval. No second-round comments. No re-anchoring after the rough opening fails.
On-time turnover
Glass is on the critical path. We sequence to your schedule, not ours. Lead times locked at award. Material staged before crew mobilization. Substantial completion handed over on the date in the contract.
Accurate submittals
Shop drawings that match what's installed. Product data sheets, warranties, NOAs, anchor calcs — submitted as a complete package, version-controlled, RFI turnaround inside 24 hours.
Zero callback claims
Punchlist closed at turnover. No leaks at year one. No glass replacements two years in. The kind of finish that doesn't show up in your warranty queue two GCs later.
The four stages
between plan set
and certificate of occupancy.
Bid in 48 hours
Plans hit our intake. We return a scoped bid with takeoff, system specs, and lead times — usually inside two business days. No "bid is in the queue" silence.
Submittals + approvals
Shop drawings, product data, NOAs, anchor calcs — submitted complete on day 7. Reviewer comments addressed inside 48 hours. Approved before mobilization.
Material + install
Lead times locked at award. Crew mobilizes when frames are ready. Glass crated and protected through finishes. Punchlist tracked weekly with the GC.
Turnover + warranty
Inspection clean on first pass. Closeout package delivered: O&M, warranties, as-builts. We answer the phone for the next ten years.
We don't put projects on the page that we couldn't put a GC on the phone with. The work is on the portfolio because the work is correct.
