Procore Network — Verified Subcontractor

Procore-integrated glazing subcontractor. Verified, connected, native.

American Commercial Glass is a Procore Verified Subcontractor. Every project touchpoint — submittals, RFIs, drawing markups, daily logs, and payment applications — flows natively through Procore without email chains or PDF attachments clogging your inbox. When your GC uses Procore, ACG is already in the system.

What "Procore Verified Subcontractor" means for your project.

Procore's Verified badge confirms that ACG has completed Procore's subcontractor verification process and maintains an active, searchable profile in the Procore Network. When you add ACG to a Procore project, the connection is immediate — no onboarding friction, no platform training, no IT setup. ACG's project team already works in Procore daily.

Identity & License Confirmed

ACG's Florida CGC #1531993 and company information are on record in the Procore Network. GCs can independently confirm license status directly from the Procore profile without a separate verification request.

Connected

Native Platform Adoption

ACG uses Procore for project management on active GC relationships including Verdex, Proctor, and Curran Young. Platform fluency is real — not a checkbox on a prequalification form.

Native

No Workarounds Required

ACG does not require GCs to print, scan, or email documents outside of Procore. Submittals, RFIs, RFCs, daily logs, and payment apps are created and responded to inside the platform.

Procore Workflow

How ACG operates inside your Procore project.

ACG's Procore workflow covers every Division 08 subcontractor touchpoint from notice-to-proceed through final lien waiver.

01

Submittals

ACG submits shop drawings, product data sheets, and samples directly through Procore Submittals. All submissions are tagged with spec section (Division 08), submittal number, and revision status. Returned markups are acknowledged and re-submitted in the same workflow. ACG tracks open submittals against the approved-for-construction milestone so material orders are not placed on unapproved shop drawings.

02

RFI Response

ACG receives RFIs routed through Procore and responds within the agreed turnaround window. Glazing RFIs are answered at the field-supervisor or owner level — not passed to an admin unfamiliar with the scope. Drawing dimensions, jamb conditions, sill flashing conflicts, and head-height discrepancies are common Division 08 RFI subjects ACG answers with technical precision.

03

Drawing Markup & Document Control

ACG uses Procore's drawing management tools to markup field-condition conflicts, coordinate with adjacent trades (waterproofing, structure, mechanical), and maintain an as-built record. All markups are timestamped and attributed to ACG's Procore user — creating a defensible change-order paper trail.

04

Daily Logs

ACG's field supervisor submits daily logs through Procore covering crew count, work installed (SF glazing, linear feet of frame, openings completed), weather, delays, and any safety observations. GCs receive accurate daily production data without a phone call to the foreman.

05

Payment Applications

ACG issues schedule-of-values-based payment applications through Procore's financial tools. Applications are tied to the approved SOV line items, include lien waiver documentation, and are submitted on the GC's billing cycle without exception. No paper checks requested. ACG does not hold payment apps pending system disputes — conflicts are resolved through the RFI or change-order process, not by withholding billing.

06

Punch List & Closeout

ACG receives and closes punch list items through Procore's punch tool. Warranty documentation, operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals, and as-built drawings are uploaded to Procore's closeout module and submitted as a single organized package — not a box of PDFs.

Bid Intake

Before the project: BuildingConnected + BasisBoard.

Procore is ACG's construction-phase platform. For bid intake upstream of award, ACG is active on both BuildingConnected and BasisBoard. GCs can invite ACG to bid on either platform.

BuildingConnected

Autodesk / Procore Bid Network

ACG is searchable and invite-ready on BuildingConnected. When a GC sends a bid invite via BuildingConnected, ACG receives it immediately. We require: architectural drawings, Division 08 specifications, project schedule, and bond requirement. We return a qualified bid within 48 hours of a complete package.

BasisBoard

ENR-Tier GC Bid Platform

Multiple ACG GC partners use BasisBoard for pre-construction bid management. ACG is registered and active. Scope invites from BasisBoard receive the same 48-hour response standard as BuildingConnected invites.

Direct Email

[email protected]

GCs who prefer to work outside a platform can send plans and specs directly to [email protected]. Include project name, bid date, bond requirement, and the Division 08 specification section. ACG responds same business day on complete packages.

Common GC Questions

What GC project managers ask.

Will ACG use our Procore project if we set it up?

Yes. ACG's team has Procore licenses and uses the platform on active projects. When a GC sends ACG an invitation to join a Procore project, ACG accepts and engages within one business day.

Do you submit SOV-based pay apps?

Yes. ACG's payment applications are tied to an approved schedule of values. Applications are formatted for Procore's financial module and include the required conditional/unconditional lien waiver documentation.

How fast do you respond to RFIs in Procore?

ACG targets same-day response on glazing-related RFIs. Technical RFIs requiring engineer-of-record input are flagged to the GC with a realistic turnaround window rather than a vague "in review" status that costs schedule days.

Are you on BuildingConnected for bidding?

Yes. ACG is active on BuildingConnected and BasisBoard for pre-construction bid intake. An invite via either platform reaches ACG's estimating team the same day it is sent.
