1172 S Harbor is a custom waterfront estate built by High Tide Properties. The rear elevation is practically wall-to-wall ES Prestige sliding and swinging glass doors opening onto the pool deck and waterway. The front is a statement of controlled restraint — precise window proportions lit from within at dusk. This is the second home ACG has delivered for High Tide using the ES Prestige system; when a high-end custom builder comes back with another flagship project, that's the only review that matters.

Exterior envelope
Multi-panel ES Prestige sliding glass doors across the full rear elevation, floor-to-ceiling fixed picture windows on the front facade, the ES Prestige impact-rated entry door system, and casement and awning windows throughout. Every exterior opening is impact-rated to Florida code.
Interior glass program
Every interior glass element was measured, fabricated, and installed by ACG — including the glass-enclosed wine cellar in the foyer, built from frameless glass panels with dark aluminum framing, and the full-height glass stair railing.
The result
Every opening along the rear elevation — every sliding door, every fixed panel — is ACG glass, ES Prestige product, installed to spec. The pool lights reflecting in the glass at dusk aren't a camera trick; that's clean glass, seated right, installed properly.
