ACG supplied and installed the complete ES Prestige impact-rated package: multi-panel sliding glass doors across the full rear elevation, floor-to-ceiling fixed picture windows on the front facade, ES Prestige impact-rated entry door system, casement and awning windows throughout, and the interior glass program — including the glass-enclosed wine cellar in the foyer and the full-height glass stair railing.
Every exterior opening is impact-rated to Florida code. Every interior glass element was measured, fabricated, and installed by ACG. The foyer wine cellar enclosure alone — frameless glass panels with dark aluminum framing — is the kind of detail that makes an architect's day.
Look at the pool shot at dusk. Every opening along that rear elevation — every sliding door, every fixed panel — is ACG glass, ES Prestige product, installed to spec. The purple pool lights reflecting in the glass aren't a trick of the camera. That's what happens when the glass is clean, seated right, and the installation is done properly.
The glazing package on 1172 S Harbor included luxury residential envelope. ACG specified, supplied, and installed Euro-Wall multi-slide, PGT impact — manufactured by ACG's six approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, and Slimpact.
The scope was sequenced to ownership's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Boca Raton location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
