The Project

736 Lagoon Drive is a custom waterfront estate on the Intracoastal in West Palm Beach, built by High Tide Properties. A two-story home designed to live indoors and outdoors simultaneously — the rear elevation is an almost uninterrupted wall of glass, with ESWindows impact sliders on both levels opening the entire back of the house to the pool deck, dock, and water beyond.

This is the third luxury custom home ACG has completed with High Tide Properties, all using the ESWindows impact system. At this point, the partnership is proven — High Tide builds homes worth building, and ACG delivers the glass package without drama.

The Scope

ACG supplied and installed the complete ESWindows impact-rated window and door package: full-height sliding glass doors across the rear elevation on both floors, fixed picture windows framing the waterway views in the master suite and living areas, the front entry system, and every casement and awning unit throughout the home.

The interior photos tell the story better than words. The living room and kitchen open directly to the pool and dock through multi-panel ESWindows sliders — when open, the boundary between inside and outside disappears entirely. The master bedroom's picture window frames the lagoon and the dock like a painting on the wall.

The Result

Another High Tide home that looks like the architect's rendering came to life. Clean dark frames, precise installation, every unit sealed and operating correctly. The pool and fire feature at twilight reflect in the glass — that's not staging. That's what the glass looks like when it's installed right.

The glazing package on 736 Lagoon Drive included waterfront luxury envelope. ACG specified, supplied, and installed Euro-Wall multi-slide, PGT impact — manufactured by ACG's six approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, and Slimpact.

The scope was sequenced to ownership's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the North Palm Beach location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
