


736 Lagoon Drive is a custom waterfront estate on the Intracoastal in West Palm Beach, built by High Tide Properties. ACG supplied and installed the complete ESWindows impact-rated window and door package: full-height sliding glass doors across the rear elevation on both floors, fixed picture windows framing the waterway views in the master suite and living areas, the front entry system, and every casement and awning unit throughout the home.

The living room and kitchen open directly to the pool and dock through multi-panel ESWindows sliders — when open, the boundary between inside and outside disappears entirely. The master bedroom's picture window frames the lagoon and the dock like a painting on the wall.
