The project.
Panther National Clubhouse is located in Palm Beach Gardens, Palm Beach County, Florida. Jack Nicklaus + Justin Thomas course; first new private gated golf community in Palm Beach County in nearly 20 years; Avenir community. The development was led by Dominik Senn, with architectural design by Max Strang of STRANG with Peacock + Lewis Architects. Verdex Construction served as general contractor.
The site sits within Palm Beach County jurisdiction, which enforces Palm Beach County HVHZ — enforced from Jupiter through Boca Raton. Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 170 mph design pressure for coastal exposure, with Palm Beach County accepts Miami-Dade NOA, plus Florida Product Approval (FPA). ACG's commercial glazing license (FL CGC #1531993) and active product approval listings cover the Palm Beach Gardens market.
ACG's scope.
The glazing package on Panther National Clubhouse included 60,000 sq ft modern golf clubhouse glazing envelope. ACG specified, supplied, and installed Euro-Wall DirectSet storefront, multi-slide, Vistafold, pivot — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.
The scope was sequenced to Verdex Construction's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Palm Beach Gardens location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
Why Palm Beach Gardens.
Why this matters for the Palm Beach Gardens market. Panther National Clubhouse is not just another envelope. Jack Nicklaus + Justin Thomas course; first new private gated golf community in Palm Beach County in nearly 20 years; Avenir community. Subcontractors who deliver here build a body of evidence GCs and developers can verify — first-pass inspection clearance, on-time turnover, accurate submittals, no callback claims. Those four metrics are how a glazing sub gets called back, and they are the entire reason ACG was selected for this scope.
For developers and GCs evaluating subcontractors for similar work in Palm Beach Gardens or surrounding Palm Beach County, Panther National Clubhouse is on our portfolio precisely because it represents the standard of execution we hold across every project, regardless of size. The 350-square-foot Waxin's storefront on Clematis Street and the 60,000 SF Panther National clubhouse run on the same field discipline.
"At ACG, every project gets the same standard regardless of size. Panther National Clubhouse got the same coordination discipline, the same submittal review, and the same field crew supervision as every other job we run."
