Atlantic Fields Golf House is located in Hobe Sound, Martin County, Florida. Discovery Land 1,500-acre Hobe Sound community, Tom Fazio course. The development was led by Discovery Land Company. Proctor Construction served as general contractor.
The site sits within Martin County jurisdiction, which enforces Florida Building Code (FBC) coastal. Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 160 mph design pressure for Martin coastal exposure, with Florida Product Approval (FPA), Miami-Dade NOA accepted. The glazing package on Atlantic Fields Golf House included golf house clubhouse glazing. ACG specified, supplied, and installed Euro-Wall multi-slide and storefront — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.
The scope was sequenced to Proctor Construction's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Hobe Sound location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
