Wild Blue Clubhouse is located in Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota County, Florida. Wild Blue at Waterside, Neal Communities' master-planned community in Lakewood Ranch. The development was led by Wild Blue community. ACG worked as the glazing subcontractor to general contractor Curran Young Construction.
The site sits within Sarasota County jurisdiction. Sarasota County is outside the HVHZ; the design wind speed for the site comes from FBC Figure 1609.3(1). The design wind speed is set for the site from FBC Figure 1609.3(1) (Risk Category II). Florida Product Approval is the code path. ACG's commercial glazing license (FL CGC #1531993) and active product approval listings cover the Lakewood Ranch market.
ACG's scope.
The glazing package on Wild Blue Clubhouse included clubhouse storefront and pool deck doors. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows storefront, Euro-Wall multi-slide.
The scope was sequenced to the general contractor's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Lakewood Ranch location pulled supervision out of our Tampa office.
