The project.
Wild Blue Clubhouse is located in Estero, Lee County, Florida. Wild Blue golf and lakeside community in Estero. The development was led by Wild Blue community. ACG was retained direct by the ownership team — no general contractor layer between the design intent and the field crew.
The site sits within Lee County jurisdiction, which enforces Lee County HVHZ (post-Ian) — hardened code. Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 172 mph design pressure for Lee coastal, with Florida Product Approval (FPA), Miami-Dade NOA accepted. ACG's commercial glazing license (FL CGC #1531993) and active product approval listings cover the Estero market.
ACG's scope.
The glazing package on Wild Blue Clubhouse included clubhouse storefront and pool deck doors. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows storefront, Euro-Wall multi-slide — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.
The scope was sequenced to ownership's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Estero location pulled supervision out of our Naples office.
Why Estero.
Why this matters for the Estero market. Wild Blue Clubhouse is not just another envelope. Wild Blue golf and lakeside community in Estero. Subcontractors who deliver here build a body of evidence GCs and developers can verify — first-pass inspection clearance, on-time turnover, accurate submittals, no callback claims. Those four metrics are how a glazing sub gets called back, and they are the entire reason ACG was selected for this scope.
For developers and GCs evaluating subcontractors for similar work in Estero or surrounding Lee County, Wild Blue Clubhouse is on our portfolio precisely because it represents the standard of execution we hold across every project, regardless of size. The 350-square-foot Waxin's storefront on Clematis Street and the 60,000 SF Panther National clubhouse run on the same field discipline.
"At ACG, every project gets the same standard regardless of size. Wild Blue Clubhouse got the same coordination discipline, the same submittal review, and the same field crew supervision as every other job we run."
