What to send with the invite

Send elevations, the door and window schedule, spec section 08 if the set has one, addenda, the bid date, and the job address through Send Us Plans. A documented scope comes back within 48 hours as a detailed proposal or budget direction, with an exclusions list. What the number includes, and what it leaves out, is the scope list further down this page.

Our bid excludes: rough opening prep, structural opening tolerances, perimeter caulk by GC, building permit fees, lifts/scaffolding (for height above standard reach), temporary protection after our final clean, and any work not shown on the drawings we priced.
