Ilumina at Gulf Coast Town Center is a four-story luxury apartment community at 10101 Gulf Center Drive in Fort Myers — positioned in the heart of GCTC's retail and dining district. The coastal architecture — clean white board-and-batten exteriors, covered balconies and standing-seam metal rooflines — demanded a glazing package with equal refinement.
The community offers studio, one- and two-bedroom residences with private balconies throughout, managed by ZRS Management — a resident experience that required every window and door to perform flawlessly, aesthetically and against Florida's hurricane code.
ACG supplied and installed the complete impact window and door package across all four stories. Private balcony doors, corridor windows, amenity space glazing — every opening coordinated with Rycon's construction sequence to keep the project on schedule through closeout.
