Ilumina at Gulf Coast Town Center is a 4-story luxury apartment community located at 10101 Gulf Center Drive in Fort Myers — positioned in the heart of GCTC's retail and dining district. The coastal architecture — clean white board-and-batten exteriors, covered balconies, and standing-seam metal rooflines — demanded a glazing package with equal refinement.
The community offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences with private balconies throughout, managed by ZRS Management for a resident experience that required every window and door to perform flawlessly — aesthetically and against Florida's hurricane code.
ACG supplied and installed the complete CGI impact window and door package across all four stories of the community. Every residential unit received CGI impact-rated systems — engineered to meet Florida's High Velocity Hurricane Zone requirements while maintaining the coastal aesthetic that defines the building's character.
Private balcony doors, corridor windows, amenity space glazing — every opening was coordinated with Rycon's construction sequence to keep the project on schedule through closeout. The white framing against the building's exterior is intentional and precise, a detail that reads clearly in the finished product.
Delivered for Rycon Construction — one of the country's most active multifamily general contractors, with a portfolio of complex mixed-use and market-rate communities across the Southeast. ACG brought the glazing coordination and field execution that a Rycon project demands.
