The Project

Imperial Crossings is a large-scale luxury apartment community in Bonita Springs, FL — a master-planned development featuring both mid-rise apartment buildings and attached townhome-style units set around a pond, greenways, and resort amenities.

This is the kind of project that requires a glazing sub with real multifamily experience — hundreds of window and door openings across multiple building types, tight construction sequencing, and Florida impact code requirements across every single unit. ACG was the team for it.

The Scope

ACG supplied and installed the complete PGT impact window and door package across the entire development. Every unit in every building — the mid-rise apartment towers and the attached townhome blocks — received PGT impact-rated windows and doors.

The window detail shot says it all. Clean bronze frames set into the CMU block openings, properly shimmed and sealed, installed with the precision that a project of this scale demands. On a development with this many openings, consistency and speed matter as much as quality — and ACG delivered all three.
