Medley Business Park at 7265 NW 74 St is a multi-bay light industrial and commercial building in Medley, FL — a clean, well-designed facility built to accommodate multiple tenants across a consistent storefront run. ACG was brought in by Goya Builders to supply and install the complete glass and glazing package for the project — from the entry doors at each tenant bay through to the upper window units on the facade.
ACG executed the full storefront package across the entire building. Each tenant bay received ESWindows dark-framed commercial glazed entry doors, fixed side lites, and upper window units — consistent profiles, consistent alignment, consistent finish throughout the full run.

The scope was sequenced to ownership's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path.
