Medley Business Park is a clean, well-designed multi-tenant facility in Medley's industrial corridor — built to house multiple tenants across a consistent storefront run. Dark-framed ESWindows systems carry across every bay, giving the building a unified commercial identity from the street.

ACG was brought in by Goya Builders to supply and install the complete glass and glazing package — from the entry doors at each tenant bay through to the upper window units on the facade. Each bay received ESWindows dark-framed commercial glazed entry doors, fixed side lites, and upper window units: consistent profiles, consistent alignment, consistent finish throughout the full run.

With multiple identical bays, maintaining uniformity across the run is where the work lives. Every door plumb. Every sill level. Every frame gap tight. The street-view photo at bays 5 and 6 tells the story — clean lines, no variation, exactly what a GC wants to hand over at TCO. On schedule, in spec, zero punch-list drama.

Sequenced to the field schedule with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turnaround inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. Supervision ran out of ACG's West Palm Beach office.
