Multiple identical bays. Zero tolerance for drift.

Turbine Technologies is a multi-unit commercial and light-industrial complex in Jupiter, FL — a clean, modern build with a strong exterior presence: blue accent facades, uniform storefronts across multiple tenant bays, and commercial windows across the second floor.

ACG was brought in directly by ownership to supply and install the complete glass and glazing package, working in partnership with PGT Glass & Aluminum as the system supplier.

The scope ran the full storefront package across every tenant bay — aluminum framing, commercial glazed entrance doors, fixed-lite windows, and the second-floor window units on both the front and rear elevations. With multiple identical bays requiring consistent framing, alignment, and sealant work, precision across the run was non-negotiable: every unit matches, every door swings correctly, every window sits true to frame.

Owner-direct, run like a subcontract.

Owner-direct delivery

ACG contracted directly with ownership and ran the scope to the field schedule — weekly coordination meetings, RFI turnaround inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path.

Repetition demands precision

Multiple identical tenant bays meant framing, alignment, and sealant work had to hold consistent across the entire run — the standard a drive-by inspection can verify from the street.

Supplied by PGT Glass & Aluminum

The project was completed in partnership with PGT Glass & Aluminum as the system supplier, with the supply chain and system depth to keep material ahead of the installation sequence.

Supervised from West Palm Beach

The Jupiter site pulled supervision out of ACG’s West Palm Beach headquarters — a project supervisor within driving distance for the duration of the job.
