American Commercial Glass (ACG) is the commercial glazing contractor in St. Petersburg. The license is Florida CGC #1531993. The street address on the bid is the Tampa office, 3031 N Rocky Point Dr W Ste 600, Tampa, FL 33607. St. Petersburg does not have its own ACG office.
The city is in Pinellas County, on the west side of Tampa Bay. Downtown, the waterfront, and the Central Avenue commercial stretch are the districts that show up on storefront sets. Clearwater is north on the same county. Tampa is across the bay, and that is the office that prices the work. Send drawings to connor@acglass.com or call (772) 486-7711. A documented Division 08 package gets budget pricing in 48 hours.
What a GC is buying in St. Petersburg.
St. Petersburg is a Pinellas city bid from Tampa. It is not a second copy of the Tampa permit paragraph, and it is not an HVHZ city.
The building department is the city, not Tampa
A storefront inside St. Petersburg city limits is reviewed by the City of St. Petersburg. City of Tampa Construction Services does not review that set. Clearwater, to the north, runs its own department. Hillsborough County covers unincorporated Hillsborough, which is the other side of the bay. When ACG is prime it submits to the city. When ACG is the sub, the GC gets the package.
Code path
Pinellas County is outside the HVHZ. Miami-Dade and Broward are the only HVHZ counties. St. Petersburg storefront follows the Florida Product Approval path unless the drawings require a Miami-Dade NOA. Do not mark a St. Petersburg opening HVHZ because the same GC also builds in Broward.
Named jobs, with the cities the portfolio actually uses
Dale Mabry Retail is in Tampa. Storage King is in Winter Haven. Hulett Environmental is in Port St. Lucie, not Tampa and not St. Petersburg. Those are the nearby documented jobs. A named St. Petersburg completion is not on the portfolio pages, so this page does not invent one.

Storefront systems we install in St. Petersburg.
On a St. Petersburg set the usual opening is ground-floor aluminum storefront along a retail or restaurant front. These are the systems already named on ACG product pages. A specific NOA number belongs on the submittal, not on this page.
5″ depth pre-glazed aluminum storefront, large-missile impact rated, active Miami-Dade NOA. Default for office, retail, and restaurant facades where impact compliance is mandatory.
5″ depth pre-glazed impact storefront with high DP rating (120-120 psf LMI). Common on hospitality, high-spec retail, and resort scope.
4″ depth thermally broken impact storefront with polyamide struts. Used when Florida Energy Code requires a U-value better than 0.40. Active NOA.
13″ depth stick-built curtain wall, thermally improved, two- or four-sided SSG and captured glazing options. For taller storefronts and lobby walls beyond standard storefront limits.
Pre-assembled, pre-glazed window wall for multifamily, mid-rise, and slab-to-slab applications. Integrated ES-9000 door adaptor available. LMI/SMI impact rated.
Bi-fold and multi-slide impact-rated door systems for restaurants and indoor-outdoor retail. NOA for HVHZ. Specified across Florida hospitality.
20, 45, 60, 90, and 120-minute fire-rated steel storefront for occupancy separations and exit corridors. Pilkington Pyrostop glazing.
Sliding and swing automatic door operators integrated into storefront framing. ACG coordinates with the access control trade and tunes operators at commissioning.
