Tradewinds is a new multifamily community in Hobe Sound — a coastal Martin County submarket between Stuart and Jupiter. The community combines three-story residential buildings with a standalone amenity campus anchored by a clubhouse, pool, and pavilion structures.
The clubhouse is the visual centerpiece of the property. Double-height ceilings, a wrap of floor-to-ceiling glass on the garden-room side, and a pair of frameless all-glass storefront entries define the amenity experience residents see every day.
ACG delivered the clubhouse storefront package partnering with ESWindows on the glazing products. The scope included the front-of-house storefront entries, the garden-room glazing, and the clubhouse window openings — specified to match the clean, modern aesthetic the developer set for the amenity buildings.
Hobe Sound falls within Martin County's coastal wind zone. ESWindows impact-rated systems carry the Florida Building Code approvals and NOA documentation required for this exposure, and the product finish and framing details were specified to hold up against coastal salt air over the life of the building.
Multifamily amenity packages live or die on schedule coordination with the residential side of the project. The clubhouse typically certifies as the project is nearing lease-up, and every trade is compressed into the final weeks. ACG sequenced shop drawings, material staging, and install crews to land the clubhouse scope without holding up TCO on the amenity building.
