Tradewinds is a new multifamily community in Hobe Sound — a coastal Martin County submarket between Stuart and Jupiter. Three-story residential buildings surround a standalone amenity campus anchored by a clubhouse, pool, and pavilion structures.
The clubhouse is the visual centerpiece of the property. Double-height ceilings, a wrap of floor-to-ceiling glass on the garden-room side, and a pair of frameless all-glass storefront entries define the amenity experience residents see every day.
ACG delivered the clubhouse storefront package, partnering with ESWindows on the glazing products — the front-of-house storefront entries, the garden-room glazing, and the clubhouse window openings, specified to match the clean, modern aesthetic the developer set for the amenity buildings.
