The Pointe at Palm Bay is a large-scale luxury apartment community in Palm Bay, FL — a master-planned development featuring multiple three-story residential buildings, a lakefront pool deck, and a standalone clubhouse and leasing office. The kind of project where a glazing contractor has to perform consistently across every building, every floor, and every unit.
Olympus Construction managed the build and brought ACG in to execute the complete window and door package across the full community — residential buildings and the clubhouse amenity structure.
ACG supplied and installed the impact window and door package across all residential buildings — the horizontal slider windows in each unit, the sliding glass doors on every balcony, and all fixed windows throughout. For the clubhouse, ACG handled the commercial storefront package including the gabled entry system with its large fixed lites and the full-height glazed entry doors.
The aerial photo shows what a completed scope looks like at this scale — multiple buildings, a full amenity campus, and every single window unit installed consistent with its neighbors. At The Pointe, that's hundreds of openings executed without variance from building one to the last.

The glazing package on The Pointe at Palm Bay included multifamily glazing. ACG specified, supplied, and installed PGT impact — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.
The scope was sequenced to Olympus Construction's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Palm Bay location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
Why this matters for the Palm Bay market. The Pointe at Palm Bay is not just another envelope. Palm Bay multifamily. Subcontractors who deliver here build a body of evidence GCs and developers can verify — first-pass inspection clearance, on-time turnover, accurate submittals, no callback claims. Those four metrics are how a glazing sub gets called back, and they are the entire reason ACG was selected for this scope.
For developers and GCs evaluating subcontractors for similar work in Palm Bay or surrounding Brevard County, The Pointe at Palm Bay is on our portfolio precisely because it represents the standard of execution we hold across every project, regardless of size.
