The Pointe at Palm Bay is a master-planned luxury apartment community featuring multiple three-story residential buildings, a lakefront pool deck, and a standalone clubhouse and leasing office. The kind of project where a glazing contractor has to perform consistently across every building, every floor, and every unit.
Olympus Construction managed the build and brought ACG in to execute the complete window and door package across the full community — residential buildings and the clubhouse amenity structure. ACG supplied and installed the impact window and door package across all residential buildings: the horizontal slider windows in each unit, the sliding glass doors on every balcony, and all fixed windows throughout.
For the clubhouse, ACG handled the commercial storefront package, including the gabled entry system with its large fixed lites and the full-height glazed entry doors. The aerial photo shows what a completed scope looks like at this scale — multiple buildings, a full amenity campus, and every single window unit installed consistent with its neighbors. That's hundreds of openings executed without variance from building one to the last.

Sequenced to Olympus Construction's field schedule with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turnaround inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. Supervision ran out of ACG's West Palm Beach office.
