Villa L’Onz brings twelve Bermuda- and Key West-inspired townhomes to 120 W 11th St in Riviera Beach — a development by the Riviera Beach CRA with two townhouse buildings designed by REG Architects: eight two-story units and four three-story units, built by general contractor All Site Construction.

The colorful gabled facades — pink, cream, blue, and yellow — celebrate South Florida’s architectural heritage while delivering the modern impact-rated performance required for Palm Beach County’s High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) designation.

ACG is the Division 08 glazing subcontractor, furnishing and installing the complete impact-rated glazing package throughout all 12 units: ES Windows single-hung impact windows, plus impact-rated entrance doors and sliding glass doors — 24 major glazed openings across the development. Glazing installation is underway as of March 2026.
