The Project

ACG is the Division 08 glazing subcontractor for Villa L’Onz — a 12-unit Bermuda/Key West-inspired townhouse development by the Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Authority (CRA) at 120 W 11th St in Riviera Beach, FL. The project features 2 townhouse buildings designed by REG Architects, with 8 two-story units (Unit A) and 4 three-story units (Unit B), built by General Contractor All Site Construction.

Villa L’Onz brings colorful, gabled facades in pink, cream, blue, and yellow to Riviera Beach — a Bermuda and Key West-inspired aesthetic that celebrates South Florida’s architectural heritage while delivering modern impact-rated performance required for Palm Beach County’s High Velocity Hurricane Zone (HVHZ) designation. ACG is furnishing and installing the complete impact-rated glazing package throughout all 12 units.

ACG is the Division 08 glazing subcontractor for Villa L’Onz — responsible for furnishing and installing the complete impact-rated glazing package throughout all 12 units across both townhouse buildings.

  Impact Windows ES Windows impact-rated single hung windows throughout all 12 units. HVHZ compliant per Palm Beach County requirements — engineered to meet Florida’s most demanding wind and impact standards for the coastal Riviera Beach location.

  Entrance Doors & Sliding Glass Doors Impact-rated entrance doors and sliding glass doors, one each per unit — 24 major glazed openings total across the 12-unit development. Each opening engineered for HVHZ compliance and specified to complement the Bermuda/Key West architectural character.

  Full Division 08 Glazing Scope Complete coordination with All Site Construction, REG Architects, and ES Windows from submittal through final punch. ACG manages the full glazing scope — submittals, approvals, material procurement, scheduling, and installation across both buildings and all 12 units.
