Wave Haven is a mixed-use development in Cocoa Beach, FL — a two-structure project combining a commercial building and a row of residential townhome units on the Space Coast. The commercial building anchors the development with its bold architecture: an orange-cedar wood-clad upper facade, dark storefront glazing at street level, and a second-floor covered terrace.
CGC brought ACG in to deliver the complete ESWindows impact glazing package across both the commercial and residential structures — a scope that required coordinating different system types and installation sequences across two distinct building types on the same project.
On the commercial building, ACG installed ESWindows dark-framed storefront systems at ground level — the full-height glass entries, fixed lites, and the glazed storefront that wraps the retail and dining spaces facing the street and the terrace level above.
On the residential townhome units, ACG installed the complete ESWindows impact window and door package — the dark-framed fixed windows on the upper and lower floors, the sliding glass doors opening to the private balconies, and the impact-rated entry doors. The interior photo shows the result from inside — clean black frames, natural light, a slider that opens to the Space Coast landscape beyond.

The glazing package on Wave Haven Cocoa Beach included hospitality storefront. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.
The scope was sequenced to Certified General Contractors's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Cocoa Beach location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
Why this matters for the Cocoa Beach market. Wave Haven Cocoa Beach is not just another envelope. Cocoa Beach hospitality. Subcontractors who deliver here build a body of evidence GCs and developers can verify — first-pass inspection clearance, on-time turnover, accurate submittals, no callback claims. Those four metrics are how a glazing sub gets called back, and they are the entire reason ACG was selected for this scope.
For developers and GCs evaluating subcontractors for similar work in Cocoa Beach or surrounding Brevard County, Wave Haven Cocoa Beach is on our portfolio precisely because it represents the standard of execution we hold across every project, regardless of size.
