The Bradley Daytona is located in Daytona, Volusia County, Florida. Multifamily Daytona Beach corridor. The development was led by Multifamily developer. ACG was retained direct by the ownership team — no general contractor layer between the design intent and the field crew.
The site sits within Volusia County jurisdiction, which enforces Florida Building Code (FBC). Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 140-150 mph design pressure, with Florida Product Approval (FPA). ACG's scope.
The glazing package on The Bradley Daytona included multifamily complex glazing. ACG specified, supplied, and installed PGT impact windows — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.
The scope was sequenced to ownership's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Daytona location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
