The project.

The Bradley Daytona is located in Daytona, Volusia County, Florida. Multifamily Daytona Beach corridor. The development was led by Multifamily developer. ACG was retained direct by the ownership team — no general contractor layer between the design intent and the field crew.

The site sits within Volusia County jurisdiction, which enforces Florida Building Code (FBC). Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 140-150 mph design pressure, with Florida Product Approval (FPA). ACG's commercial glazing license (FL CGC #1531993) and active product approval listings cover the Daytona market.

ACG's scope.

The glazing package on The Bradley Daytona included multifamily complex glazing. ACG specified, supplied, and installed PGT impact windows — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.

The scope was sequenced to ownership's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Daytona location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.

Why Daytona.

Why this matters for the Daytona market. The Bradley Daytona is not just another envelope. Multifamily Daytona Beach corridor. Subcontractors who deliver here build a body of evidence GCs and developers can verify — first-pass inspection clearance, on-time turnover, accurate submittals, no callback claims. Those four metrics are how a glazing sub gets called back, and they are the entire reason ACG was selected for this scope.

For developers and GCs evaluating subcontractors for similar work in Daytona or surrounding Volusia County, The Bradley Daytona is on our portfolio precisely because it represents the standard of execution we hold across every project, regardless of size. The 350-square-foot Waxin's storefront on Clematis Street and the 60,000 SF Panther National clubhouse run on the same field discipline.

"What I want a GC to know about The Bradley Daytona is that it ran on schedule, on spec, and without change orders attributable to glazing. That's the version of the story we're proud of."
