The Project

The Bradley Daytona is a 300-unit luxury apartment community at 1501 NW N River Dr, near the LPGA Blvd and I-95 interchange in Daytona Beach — one of the most active growth corridors in Volusia County. At 3 stories and 300 units, it stands among the largest new multifamily glazing projects ACG has delivered in Central Florida.

The community offers a resort-style amenity package — 24-hour fitness center, yoga and spin studio, resort pool, dog park, pet spa, co-working space, and lake views. Unit types range from 1-bedroom at 685–797 SF up to 3-bedroom at 1,321 SF. ACG delivered the complete glazing package covering every window, door, and storefront opening across the entire development.

The Scope

Full supply and install — impact-rated windows for every residential unit, storefront installation systems for the leasing office and clubhouse, and all interior and exterior doors. Three hundred units means hundreds of individual openings, each requiring precise measurement, ordering, delivery coordination, and installation sequenced around a multi-trade schedule across multiple buildings.
