The site sits within Palm Beach County jurisdiction, which enforces Palm Beach County HVHZ — enforced from Jupiter through Boca Raton. Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 170 mph design pressure for coastal exposure, with Palm Beach County accepts Miami-Dade NOA, plus Florida Product Approval (FPA). The glazing package on Compass at Alton Town Center included multifamily storefront and balcony glazing. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows storefront, PGT impact — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.
The scope was sequenced to SISCA's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Boca Raton location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
