The development was led by Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (operator). ACG worked as the glazing subcontractor to general contractor Buckeye Hospitality Construction.
The site sits within Broward County jurisdiction, which enforces Broward HVHZ. Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 170 mph design wind speeds, with Broward County NOA acceptance - Miami-Dade NOA accepted by reciprocity. ACG's scope.
ACG furnished and installed a single Euro-Wall door/opening at Ocean Prime Fort Lauderdale on Las Olas Marina. ACG did not install the restaurant's full folding and sliding waterfront facade.
The scope was sequenced to the general contractor's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Fort Lauderdale location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
