Project LIFT Hobe Sound is located in Hobe Sound, Martin County, Florida. Hobe Sound youth nonprofit campus. The development was led by LIFT youth nonprofit. ACG was retained direct by the ownership team — no general contractor layer between the design intent and the field crew.
The site sits within Martin County jurisdiction, which enforces Florida Building Code (FBC) coastal. Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 160 mph design pressure for Martin coastal exposure, with Florida Product Approval (FPA), Miami-Dade NOA accepted. The glazing package on Project LIFT Hobe Sound included youth campus envelope. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.
The scope was sequenced to ownership's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Hobe Sound location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
