Hardy World 4.0 is a large-scale multi-tenant retail and commercial center in Melbourne, FL — a development designed with a strong street presence and a consistent commercial glazing language across every tenant bay.
ACG was brought on to deliver the complete storefront glazing package across the entire development. With multiple tenant bays, an anchor-tenant end unit, and a mix of storefront profiles across varying facade conditions, this was a coordination-heavy scope that required disciplined sequencing from shop drawings through closeout.
ACG supplied and installed all aluminum storefront systems across the retail center — dark-framed commercial glazed storefronts on the main tenant facades, fixed lite windows on the secondary bays, and the large dark glass package on the anchor end unit that dominates the corner of the building.
The twilight shot doesn't lie — when the lights hit those storefronts at dusk and you see the reflections in the glass, you know it was done right. Consistent frame profiles, clean sightlines at every bay, and zero punch-list drama at TCO.
This project was executed in partnership with PGT Glass & Aluminum — providing the aluminum systems and glass supply that allowed ACG to hold pricing, hit lead times, and maintain quality control across a large multi-bay installation.

The glazing package on Hardy World 4.0 included retail storefront. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows — manufactured by ACG's six approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, and Slimpact.
The scope was sequenced to ownership's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Melbourne location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
Why this matters for the Melbourne market. Hardy World 4.0 is not just another envelope. Hardy World retail expansion 4.0. Subcontractors who deliver here build a body of evidence GCs and developers can verify — first-pass inspection clearance, on-time turnover, accurate submittals, no callback claims. Those four metrics are how a glazing sub gets called back, and they are the entire reason ACG was selected for this scope.
For developers and GCs evaluating subcontractors for similar work in Melbourne or surrounding Brevard County, Hardy World 4.0 is on our portfolio precisely because it represents the standard of execution we hold across every project, regardless of size.
