Lake Park Innovation Center is a three-building light industrial and commercial campus in West Palm Beach, FL — developed as a multi-phase small-bay flex project offering units from 1,000 to 5,000 SF for light industrial, office, and commercial tenants.
Three buildings. Dozens of individual tenant bays. Hundreds of storefront openings. This is exactly the kind of multi-building scope where glazing coordination can fall apart fast — sequencing across buildings, consistent profiles across dozens of openings, and a GC that needed every building glazed on its own TCO schedule.
ACG supplied and installed the complete ESWindows commercial storefront package across all three buildings — the dark-framed storefront entrance systems at each tenant bay, the fixed glazed side lites, and the transom windows above each entry. Consistent profile and finish across every single bay on the entire campus.
The overhead drone shot says it all — two buildings visible side by side, every opening aligned, every unit matching. When a GC has this many bays to close out, they need a glazing sub who can batch-install and maintain quality across the run. ACG did exactly that.
Executed for Ahrens Companies — a GC that builds large, complex commercial and industrial projects across South Florida. Using ESWindows systems for their Florida code performance, reliable lead times, and the clean dark finish the architect specified.
Multi-building campuses, industrial flex, commercial new construction — ACG coordinates across phases and buildings without missing a bay. Send your plans and get a scope in 48 hours.
