Lucie at Tradition
The clubhouse and leasing office of a multifamily community in Port St. Lucie's master-planned Tradition — ESWindows storefront and window package by ACG, for Mattamy Homes.
The first building every resident sees.
Lucie at Tradition is a multifamily apartment community in the master-planned Tradition development in Port St. Lucie, FL — a fast-growing Treasure Coast market that has seen significant residential construction activity over the past several years.
The community clubhouse and leasing office is the development's first impression — the building where prospective residents tour, sign leases and form their initial opinion of the property. ACG delivered the ESWindows storefront and window package for this building.
The scope covered the main entrance storefront system at the leasing office entry, fixed windows across the front and side elevations, and all secondary glazed openings throughout the building envelope. Installed on schedule, no punchlist.
