Lucie at Tradition is a multifamily apartment community located in the master-planned Tradition development in Port St. Lucie, FL — a fast-growing Treasure Coast market that has seen significant residential construction activity over the past several years.
The community clubhouse and leasing office serves as the development's first impression — the building where prospective residents tour, sign leases, and form their initial opinion of the property. ACG was brought in to deliver the ESWindows storefront and window package for this building.
ACG supplied and installed the complete ESWindows commercial storefront and window package — the main entrance storefront system at the leasing office entry, fixed windows across the front and side elevations, and all secondary glazed openings throughout the building envelope.
The clean white aluminum profiles complement the building's coastal Florida architectural language. ESWindows systems deliver the impact performance required by Florida code while maintaining the aesthetic the developer specified. Installed on schedule, no punchlist.

The glazing package on Lucie at Tradition Clubhouse included community clubhouse envelope. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows, Euro-Wall — manufactured by ACG's six approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, and Slimpact.
The scope was sequenced to Hooks Construction's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Port St. Lucie location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
Why this matters for the Port St. Lucie market. Lucie at Tradition Clubhouse is not just another envelope. Tradition community clubhouse. Subcontractors who deliver here build a body of evidence GCs and developers can verify — first-pass inspection clearance, on-time turnover, accurate submittals, no callback claims. Those four metrics are how a glazing sub gets called back, and they are the entire reason ACG was selected for this scope.
For developers and GCs evaluating subcontractors for similar work in Port St. Lucie or surrounding St. Lucie County, Lucie at Tradition Clubhouse is on our portfolio precisely because it represents the standard of execution we hold across every project, regardless of size.
