Baron Shoppes of Tradition is a multi-tenant retail center situated within Tradition — one of the Treasure Coast's most successful master-planned communities. The development brings together service, dining, and retail tenants in a cohesive streetscape designed for walkability. The glazing had to carry the look of the entire row: warm-toned framing, clean sightlines, storefront systems that hold up in South Florida's sun and humidity without showing their age.
The dusk photo captures the finished product exactly as-built — every bay lit from within, the aluminum storefront framing crisp against the warm exterior, and the glass doing exactly what commercial glazing is supposed to do: disappear and let the space speak.
ACG delivered the complete storefront glazing package across the multi-tenant strip — commercial storefront systems for each bay, entrance systems, and all glass. ESWindows product was spec'd for this project, bringing the clean sightlines and proven field performance that retail developers expect when they're building something meant to last.
Multi-tenant retail means coordinating with multiple finish schedules and tenant timelines without letting any one space hold up the rest. ACG managed the scope end-to-end and delivered every bay on schedule.
Built for Hooks Construction — a Port St. Lucie general contractor with deep roots in the Treasure Coast market. Hooks builds retail and commercial projects throughout the region, and the Baron Shoppes project reflects the quality you get when an experienced GC and a specialized glazing sub are dialed in on the same standard.

The glazing package on Baron Shoppes at Tradition included retail center storefront. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows storefront — manufactured by ACG's six approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, and Slimpact.
The scope was sequenced to Hooks Construction's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Port St. Lucie location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
Why this matters for the Port St. Lucie market. Baron Shoppes at Tradition is not just another envelope. Tradition mixed-use community. Subcontractors who deliver here build a body of evidence GCs and developers can verify — first-pass inspection clearance, on-time turnover, accurate submittals, no callback claims. Those four metrics are how a glazing sub gets called back, and they are the entire reason ACG was selected for this scope.
For developers and GCs evaluating subcontractors for similar work in Port St. Lucie or surrounding St. Lucie County, Baron Shoppes at Tradition is on our portfolio precisely because it represents the standard of execution we hold across every project, regardless of size.
