The Savannas Ridge Clubhouse is the amenity and leasing center for the Savannas Ridge residential community in Fort Pierce, FL — a standalone building combining a double-height entry foyer, a dining and gathering room, leasing offices, and a pool-facing lounge, all wrapped in an ESWindows glazing package that defines the building's character from every angle.
This project represents one of the most glass-intensive clubhouse scopes ACG has delivered: double-height curtainwall at the main entry, large fixed picture windows throughout, ESWindows folding/sliding doors opening the dining room directly to the pool deck, and interior storefront glass at the private office spaces. Every glazing system in the building is ESWindows, installed by ACG.
ACG supplied and installed the complete ESWindows package across the entire building: the two-story curtainwall and storefront at the main entry tower, large fixed picture windows across the exterior elevations, multi-panel folding glass doors connecting the dining room to the pool deck, commercial windows in the lounge and leasing areas, and interior storefront glass partitions for the private offices.
