The site sits within Palm Beach County jurisdiction. Palm Beach County is not in the HVHZ (Miami-Dade and Broward only). It is a wind-borne debris region. Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 170 mph design wind speeds for coastal exposure. Florida Product Approval is the code path, and Palm Beach County also accepts Miami-Dade NOA documentation. The glazing package on 736 Lagoon Drive included waterfront luxury envelope. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows EL100/EL150 windows and ES-9000 impact swing door.
The scope was sequenced to the general contractor's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path.
