Aspen Dental Retail Plaza
A new multi-tenant retail building in Englewood, FL, with Aspen Dental and AT&T as tenants. ACG supplied and installed the complete ESWindows ES-8000 impact window wall and storefront package for M. E. Construction.

A mix of healthcare and retail tenants required different storefront configurations across the same building facade. ACG supplied and installed the complete ESWindows ES-8000 impact window wall package: storefront entrances for each tenant bay, fixed windows set into the brick masonry facade, and the full-height storefront glazing on the AT&T end unit.

One framing language
Consistent aluminum framing profiles across multiple tenant bays while accommodating different opening sizes and configurations - from the narrow fixed windows on the Aspen Dental side to the full-height glass storefront on the AT&T end unit.
ESWindows spec
The package used the ESWindows ES-8000 aluminum window wall system, rated for large and small missile impact. ACG submitted the product approval and shop drawings before fabrication.
Clean closeout
Completed for M. E. Construction in 2023. The subcontract closed at its original amount with no change orders, and the final release is on file.
