A new multi-tenant retail plaza anchored by Aspen Dental in Edgewater, FL — built by MEC Contractors on a tight schedule with a mix of healthcare and retail tenants requiring different storefront configurations across the same building facade.
ACG supplied and installed the complete ESWindows commercial glazing package: storefront entrance systems for each tenant bay, fixed commercial windows set into the brick masonry facade, and the full-height storefront glazing on the anchor tenant unit.
The project required consistent aluminum framing profiles across multiple tenant bays while accommodating different opening sizes and configurations — from the narrow fixed windows on the Aspen Dental side to the full-height glass storefront on the AT&T end unit.
ESWindows aluminum systems were specified for their performance, lead time reliability, and Florida code compliance. Every frame was installed plumb, every door swings clean, and the finished product looks exactly like the architect drew it.
