The Project

A new commercial retail building on Dale Mabry Highway in Tampa — one of the city's highest-traffic commercial corridors. The building's modern design pairs white brick with warm wood-tone cladding panels and a clean flat roofline, anchored by ESWindows dark-framed storefronts that run the full length of both elevations.

Wallace Construction Group managed the build and brought ACG in to execute the complete ESWindows glazing package — a Tampa project that reinforces ACG's growing presence in the West Coast Florida market.

The Scope

ACG supplied and installed the ESWindows commercial storefront package across both building elevations: the main entry system with the full-height black-framed double doors and fixed lites, the large fixed window banks flanking the entry on the front elevation, and the full-height storefront system on the second elevation.

The entry composition — symmetrical black frames, clean glazing, centered on the building face — is exactly what a retail tenant on Dale Mabry expects when they open their doors on day one. Consistent frames, consistent reveals, no punch list items at TCO.
