The Project

Bobcat of the Treasure Coast is a full-service Bobcat equipment dealership operated by Smith Bros Contracting Equipment, Inc. in Fort Pierce, FL. The project was a remodel and expansion of an existing facility to include a retail storefront and increased office, warehousing, and maintenance space — bringing the total footprint to 11,067 SF.

The expansion created a customer-facing showroom for the first time: a professional retail entry that would serve contractors, landscapers, and equipment buyers across the Treasure Coast market. That showroom needed glazing that could carry Bobcat's brand — open, bold, and built for a working environment.

ACG was brought in by Ahrens Companies to deliver the complete Division 08 glazing scope. The product of choice was ESWindows — the aluminum-framed commercial system used across ACG's Florida portfolio for its structural performance, clean sight lines, and track record in high-heat, high-UV environments.

Scope of Work

The glazing scope covered three distinct elements across the remodeled and expanded facility, all specified in ESWindows aluminum framing for visual consistency throughout.

  • 01
Showroom Storefront System Floor-to-ceiling ESWindows glass entry system for the customer-facing showroom. The glass wall on the left side of the showroom provides natural light and street visibility, creating a welcoming retail entrance for the equipment dealership. Full-height clear glass panels with aluminum framing deliver transparency and an open showroom feel suited to the Bobcat brand.

  • 02
Office & Service Windows Commercial window systems throughout the office and service areas, including the upper-level window band visible from the exterior. Standard commercial aluminum-framed windows providing natural light to office and parts counter spaces. The window band integrates cleanly with the metal building exterior and Bobcat orange branding visible across the facade.

  • 03
Entry Door System Commercial entrance doors at the main entry with glass panels, integrated into the storefront system for a cohesive facade. The door system is matched in framing and finish to the showroom storefront, presenting as a unified glazing package across the customer entry experience.

"An equipment dealership's showroom is its handshake — the glass entry sets the tone before a single piece of iron rolls onto the lot."

ESWindows on Commercial

Bobcat of the Treasure Coast demonstrates what ESWindows commercial systems do well in Florida's working environments: clean aluminum framing that holds up against heat, humidity, and UV exposure without losing its professional appearance. The showroom storefront delivers the transparency and brand presence a dealership requires while holding structural integrity in a metal building setting.

ACG specified and installed ESWindows across all three glazing elements, ensuring a matched system from the showroom floor-to-ceiling entry through the office window band. The result is a facility that reads as professional and purposeful — the kind of entry that signals to contractors and buyers that this dealership is serious about its business.
