2143 Carib Circle is located in Singer Island, Palm Beach County, Florida. Singer Island luxury residence. The development was led by Custom residence. ACG worked as the glazing subcontractor to general contractor Vista Builders.
The site sits within Palm Beach County jurisdiction. Palm Beach County is not in the HVHZ (Miami-Dade and Broward only). It is a wind-borne debris region. Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 170 mph design wind speeds for coastal exposure. Florida Product Approval is the code path, and Palm Beach County also accepts Miami-Dade NOA documentation. ACG's commercial glazing license (FL CGC #1531993) and active product approval listings cover the Singer Island market.

The glazing package on 2143 Carib Circle included luxury residential envelope. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows HVHZ impact systems and ES Prestige.
The scope was sequenced to the general contractor's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Singer Island location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
