The project.

Baron Shoppes at Tradition is located in Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida. Tradition mixed-use community. The development was led by Tradition mixed-use. Hooks Construction served as general contractor.

The site sits within St. Lucie County jurisdiction, which enforces Florida Building Code (FBC) coastal. Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 150-160 mph design pressure, with Florida Product Approval (FPA). ACG's commercial glazing license (FL CGC #1531993) and active product approval listings cover the Port St. Lucie market.

ACG's scope.

The glazing package on Baron Shoppes at Tradition included retail center storefront. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows storefront — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.

The scope was sequenced to Hooks Construction's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Port St. Lucie location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.

Why Port St. Lucie.

Why this matters for the Port St. Lucie market. Baron Shoppes at Tradition is not just another envelope. Tradition mixed-use community. Subcontractors who deliver here build a body of evidence GCs and developers can verify — first-pass inspection clearance, on-time turnover, accurate submittals, no callback claims. Those four metrics are how a glazing sub gets called back, and they are the entire reason ACG was selected for this scope.

For developers and GCs evaluating subcontractors for similar work in Port St. Lucie or surrounding St. Lucie County, Baron Shoppes at Tradition is on our portfolio precisely because it represents the standard of execution we hold across every project, regardless of size. The 350-square-foot Waxin's storefront on Clematis Street and the 60,000 SF Panther National clubhouse run on the same field discipline.

"Florida glazing isn't optional anymore — the wind code, the impact requirements, the submittal volume. Baron Shoppes at Tradition ran clean because we built our submittals to the St. Lucie reviewer's standard from day one."
