The site sits within Broward County jurisdiction, which enforces Broward HVHZ. Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 170 mph design pressure, with Broward County NOA acceptance — Miami-Dade NOA accepted by reciprocity. ACG's scope.
The glazing package on CubeSmart Davie included storefront entry. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.
The scope was sequenced to ownership's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Davie location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
