CubeSmart Self Storage at 4255 Davie Rd Ext is a multi-story, climate-controlled storage facility in Davie, FL — a commercial building that required a polished, high-quality exterior to match the brand standards of one of the country's largest self-storage operators.
The building features a prominent curtainwall and storefront glazing package on the main facade — the multi-panel window groupings that define the upper floors, the glass-enclosed lobby entrance, and the full storefront system fronting the vehicle access lane. All of it executed in YKK AP aluminum systems.
ACG supplied and installed the complete YKK AP glazing package: curtainwall framing on the upper facade, commercial storefront at the main lobby entrance, and the secondary glazed openings throughout the building's exterior envelope.
