CubeSmart Self Storage at 4255 Davie Rd Ext is a multi-story, climate-controlled storage facility in Davie, FL — a commercial building that required a polished, high-quality exterior to match the brand standards of one of the country's largest self-storage operators.
The building features a prominent curtainwall and storefront glazing package on the main facade — the multi-panel window groupings that define the upper floors, the glass-enclosed lobby entrance, and the full storefront system fronting the vehicle access lane. All of it executed in PGT aluminum systems.
ACG supplied and installed the complete PGT glazing package: curtainwall framing on the upper facade, commercial storefront at the main lobby entrance, and the secondary glazed openings throughout the building's exterior envelope.
