The project.
Estero Vista is located in Fort Myers, Lee County, Florida. Estero community center. The development was led by Estero Vista community. ACG worked as the glazing subcontractor to general contractor EnviroStruct (ES Homes, LLC).
The site sits within Lee County jurisdiction. Lee County is a wind-borne debris region, not the HVHZ. The design wind speed is set for the site from FBC Figure 1609.3(1) (Risk Category II). Florida Product Approval is the code path. ACG's commercial glazing license (FL CGC #1531993) and active product approval listings cover the Fort Myers market.
ACG's scope.
The glazing package on Estero Vista included community center envelope. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows, Euro-Wall.
The scope was sequenced to the general contractor's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Fort Myers location pulled supervision out of our Naples office.
