The project.
iFLY Miami Indoor Skydiving is located in Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida. Indoor skydiving experience facility. The development was led by iFLY Holdings, with architectural design by iFLY facility design. Parkway Construction served as general contractor.
The site sits within Miami-Dade County jurisdiction, which enforces Miami-Dade HVHZ. Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 175+ mph design pressure, with Miami-Dade Notice of Acceptance (NOA) required. ACG's commercial glazing license (FL CGC #1531993) and active product approval listings cover the Miami market.
ACG's scope.
The glazing package on iFLY Miami Indoor Skydiving included exterior storefront + wind tunnel viewing glass. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows, custom impact — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.
The scope was sequenced to Parkway Construction's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Miami location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
Why Miami.
Why this matters for the Miami market. iFLY Miami Indoor Skydiving is not just another envelope. Indoor skydiving experience facility. Subcontractors who deliver here build a body of evidence GCs and developers can verify — first-pass inspection clearance, on-time turnover, accurate submittals, no callback claims. Those four metrics are how a glazing sub gets called back, and they are the entire reason ACG was selected for this scope.
For developers and GCs evaluating subcontractors for similar work in Miami or surrounding Miami-Dade County, iFLY Miami Indoor Skydiving is on our portfolio precisely because it represents the standard of execution we hold across every project, regardless of size. The 350-square-foot Waxin's storefront on Clematis Street and the 60,000 SF Panther National clubhouse run on the same field discipline.
"At ACG, every project gets the same standard regardless of size. iFLY Miami Indoor Skydiving got the same coordination discipline, the same submittal review, and the same field crew supervision as every other job we run."
