Imperial Crossings is located in Bonita Springs, Lee County, Florida. Bonita Springs retail center. The development was led by Imperial Crossings retail. ACG worked as the glazing subcontractor to general contractor Build LLC.
The site sits within Lee County jurisdiction. Lee County is a wind-borne debris region, not the HVHZ. The design wind speed is set for the site from FBC Figure 1609.3(1) (Risk Category II). ACG's scope.
The glazing package on Imperial Crossings included retail center storefront. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows storefront.
The scope was sequenced to the general contractor's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Bonita Springs location pulled supervision out of our Naples office.
