The project.
Lake Park Innovation Center is located in Lake Park, Palm Beach County, Florida. Lake Park innovation hub. The development was led by Innovation hub. ACG was retained direct by the ownership team — no general contractor layer between the design intent and the field crew.
The site sits within Palm Beach County jurisdiction, which enforces Palm Beach County HVHZ — enforced from Jupiter through Boca Raton. Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 170 mph design pressure for coastal exposure, with Palm Beach County accepts Miami-Dade NOA, plus Florida Product Approval (FPA). ACG's commercial glazing license (FL CGC #1531993) and active product approval listings cover the Lake Park market.
ACG's scope.
The glazing package on Lake Park Innovation Center included innovation center envelope. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows, Euro-Wall — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.
The scope was sequenced to ownership's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Lake Park location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
Why Lake Park.
Why this matters for the Lake Park market. Lake Park Innovation Center is not just another envelope. Lake Park innovation hub. Subcontractors who deliver here build a body of evidence GCs and developers can verify — first-pass inspection clearance, on-time turnover, accurate submittals, no callback claims. Those four metrics are how a glazing sub gets called back, and they are the entire reason ACG was selected for this scope.
For developers and GCs evaluating subcontractors for similar work in Lake Park or surrounding Palm Beach County, Lake Park Innovation Center is on our portfolio precisely because it represents the standard of execution we hold across every project, regardless of size. The 350-square-foot Waxin's storefront on Clematis Street and the 60,000 SF Panther National clubhouse run on the same field discipline.
"Florida glazing isn't optional anymore — the wind code, the impact requirements, the submittal volume. Lake Park Innovation Center ran clean because we built our submittals to the Palm Beach reviewer's standard from day one."
