Siena Lakes is located in Naples, Collier County, Florida. Erickson Senior Living continuing care community in Naples. The development was led by Erickson Senior Living. ACG worked as the glazing subcontractor to general contractor Made in Rio.
The site sits within Collier County jurisdiction. Collier County is a wind-borne debris region, not the HVHZ. The design wind speed is set for the site from FBC Figure 1609.3(1) (Risk Category II). Florida Product Approval is the code path. ACG's commercial glazing license (FL CGC #1531993) and active product approval listings cover the Naples market.
ACG's scope.
The glazing package on Siena Lakes included multi-building senior living glazing package. ACG specified, supplied, and installed door glass inserts and FireLite fire-rated glass.
The scope was sequenced to the general contractor's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Naples location pulled supervision out of our Naples office.
