The site sits within Collier County jurisdiction, which enforces Collier County HVHZ (post-Ian update). Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 172 mph design pressure for Naples coast, with Florida Product Approval (FPA) accepted; Miami-Dade NOA accepted. ACG's scope.
The glazing package on Siena Lakes included multi-building senior living glazing package. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows storefront, impact windows — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.
The scope was sequenced to ownership's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Naples location pulled supervision out of our Naples office.
