The site sits within Palm Beach County jurisdiction. Palm Beach County is not in the HVHZ (Miami-Dade and Broward only). It is a wind-borne debris region. Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 170 mph design wind speeds for coastal exposure. Florida Product Approval is the code path, and Palm Beach County also accepts Miami-Dade NOA documentation.
