The Project

Shoppes at Westlake Point is a new multi-tenant retail center in Westlake — one of Palm Beach County's fastest-growing master-planned communities near Wellington and Loxahatchee. The center brings service, dining, and retail tenants to a rapidly expanding residential population that's been waiting for walkable commercial space.

Every bay in a retail strip tells the same story through the glass: come in. The storefront systems have to be clean, consistent across every tenant space, and built to handle South Florida's sun and storm exposure without showing their age a year later.

The Scope

ACG delivered the complete storefront glazing package for the Shoppes at Westlake Point — ESWindows storefront framing, entrance doors, and all glass across every tenant bay. Multi-tenant retail means every opening has to match the next one while accommodating different tenant configurations — some with full-height glass, others with awning overhangs and outdoor seating areas.

ESWindows was spec'd for this project. Their storefront system delivers the clean aluminum sightlines and impact performance that retail developers in Palm Beach County expect. ACG managed the full scope from submittals through punch list.
