Hardy World 4.0 is located in Melbourne, Brevard County, Florida. Hardy World retail expansion 4.0. The development was led by Hardy retail. ACG worked as the glazing subcontractor to general contractor Martik Brothers.
The site sits within Brevard County jurisdiction, which enforces Florida Building Code (FBC) coastal. Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 150 mph design pressure, with Florida Product Approval (FPA). ACG's commercial glazing license (FL CGC #1531993) and active product approval listings cover the Melbourne market.

The glazing package on Hardy World 4.0 included retail storefront. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows.
The scope was sequenced to the general contractor's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Melbourne location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
