The project.

Hardy World 4.0 is located in Melbourne, Brevard County, Florida. Hardy World retail expansion 4.0. The development was led by Hardy retail. ACG was retained direct by the ownership team — no general contractor layer between the design intent and the field crew.

The site sits within Brevard County jurisdiction, which enforces Florida Building Code (FBC) coastal. Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 150 mph design pressure, with Florida Product Approval (FPA). ACG's commercial glazing license (FL CGC #1531993) and active product approval listings cover the Melbourne market.

ACG's scope.

The glazing package on Hardy World 4.0 included retail storefront. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.

The scope was sequenced to ownership's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Melbourne location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.

Why Melbourne.

Why this matters for the Melbourne market. Hardy World 4.0 is not just another envelope. Hardy World retail expansion 4.0. Subcontractors who deliver here build a body of evidence GCs and developers can verify — first-pass inspection clearance, on-time turnover, accurate submittals, no callback claims. Those four metrics are how a glazing sub gets called back, and they are the entire reason ACG was selected for this scope.

For developers and GCs evaluating subcontractors for similar work in Melbourne or surrounding Brevard County, Hardy World 4.0 is on our portfolio precisely because it represents the standard of execution we hold across every project, regardless of size. The 350-square-foot Waxin's storefront on Clematis Street and the 60,000 SF Panther National clubhouse run on the same field discipline.

"The Melbourne project is in our portfolio because the work is correct. We don't put projects on the page that we couldn't put a GC on the phone with."
