The site sits within Brevard County jurisdiction, which enforces Florida Building Code (FBC) coastal. Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 150 mph design pressure, with Florida Product Approval (FPA). The glazing package on Wave Haven Cocoa Beach included hospitality storefront. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.
The scope was sequenced to Certified General Contractors's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Cocoa Beach location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
