The Project

Causeway Building is a multi-tenant retail and light commercial strip center in Bonita Springs, FL — a Southwest Florida infill development with multiple tenant bays housing a range of retail, service, and specialty businesses. The building's gray corrugated metal exterior and colorful awnings are anchored by a consistent row of ESWindows dark-framed storefront systems across every bay.

Fort Construction managed the build and brought ACG in to execute the full ESWindows storefront package — every tenant bay, consistent framing, consistent profiles, consistent installation quality from bay one to the end of the run.

The Scope

ACG supplied and installed the ESWindows commercial storefront system across all tenant bays: entry door units, fixed side lites, and the transoms above each opening. With multiple bays requiring identical framing and consistent reveals across a long run, precision and sequencing were as important as product quality.

Every door swings correctly. Every frame sits plumb. Every bay matches its neighbors. When Fort Construction gets to TCO on a multi-tenant retail project, they don't want to hear about glazing punch list items. They didn't on this one.

The glazing package on Causeway Building Bonita Springs included office building envelope. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows storefront — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.

The scope was sequenced to ownership's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Bonita Springs location pulled supervision out of our Naples office.
