Lucie at Tradition Clubhouse is located in Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida. Tradition community clubhouse. The development was led by Tradition community. Hooks Construction served as general contractor.
The site sits within St. Lucie County jurisdiction, which enforces Florida Building Code (FBC) coastal. Commercial glazing scopes in this jurisdiction are designed for 150-160 mph design pressure, with Florida Product Approval (FPA). The glazing package on Lucie at Tradition Clubhouse included community clubhouse envelope. ACG specified, supplied, and installed ESWindows, Euro-Wall — manufactured by ACG's seven approved partner lines: ESWindows, Euro-Wall, PGT, Allegion, TGP, Slimpact, and Aldora.
The scope was sequenced to Hooks Construction's field schedule, with weekly coordination meetings, RFI turn-around inside 24 hours, and submittals tracked against the construction critical path. ACG's three-office Florida footprint (West Palm Beach HQ, Naples, Tampa) keeps a project supervisor within driving distance of every active job site, and the Port St. Lucie location pulled supervision out of our West Palm Beach office.
